Houndly started with an old dog, a flight of stairs and a towel that kept slipping. We knew there had to be a better way to help the dogs we love stay part of everyday life as they age.

How do I find the right size?

Measure around the widest part of your dog's chest, just behind the front legs, and compare it with the size guide on the product page. If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger one and tighten the straps.

Is it suitable for senior dogs?

Yes. Our mobility products are designed with older dogs in mind, with soft padding and handles that let you steady your dog without pulling on the neck.

How do I clean it?

Most Houndly products are machine washable on a gentle cycle. Check the care instructions on each product page.

What if it doesn't fit?

Not the right fit?
No worries. If you ordered the wrong size, you can return your unused item within 14 days of receiving your order.
